Brush Creek Village
Brush Creek Village is located on the ridge above the intersection of Highway 82 and Brush Creek Road.
It is part of unincorporated Pitkin County. It is neither Aspen nor Snowmass Village.
It does have Aspen addresses, and Snowmass Village
telephone prefixes. Brush Creek Village is managed by two organizations:
The Brush Creek Landowners Association and the Brush Creek Metropolitan District.

Brush Creek Village Metro District
As a general overview, the BCLA oversees the enforcement of the Covenants, and Rules and Regulations.
It also contains the Architectural Review Committee, reviewing
applications for new construction, remodels, and landscaping.
The Brush Creek Landowners Association was incorporated in 1973 as the governing body for Brush Creek Village. The standard association documents included: Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Protective Covenants. Some of these documents have been amended.
The Brush Creek Landowners Associations funds operations through the assessment of annual dues.
Membership in the BCLA is limited to those who
own property in Brush Creek Village.
